Do I treat my daughter like a slave?

your are not asking much really.. i mean all of that isn't hard to do... maybe just the cooking... and don't give her allowance if she truly doesn't do anything.. just give her allowance for what she does.. and if she doesn't know how to cook then maybe you should teach her a few meals.. not too many teens can cook. laundry... all she has to do is throw it in the washer... go back to what ever she was doing... then throw it in the dryer and thats it.. talk to her and make sure she understands your point of view.. and you also have to understand her point of view and come to a compromise.
