Do yopo seeds from tranceplants.net work for snuff?

I am looking to buy seeds for yopo snuff and the last website I bought from ripped me off so i'm wondering if anyone has bought from this website for this use or somthing alike... also when making my snuff It says i should use snail shells can I use any shell or must it be a snails shell?
