SHOULD I DUMP THIS GUY OR WHAT?

ok so i know this guy for 3 months. we were talking on msn almost everyday till we decided to go on a date. As we live in different cities, I decided to take the train to meet with him. When i got there he came 10 min late and complaining of having a big hangover which would enable him to stay longer with me. So we spent like 20 min together than I decided to go back home because he was sick and stuff. He was nice though and apologised by saying that next time he would come to me, etc. The thing is that this happened last saturday and I haven't hear from him so far. He is online now, and I know he is waiting for me to go online too. But that is not how I want it to be, I think I deserve at least a phone call... instead of going to msn asking for his attention. Which I think if I do that than it will seems that i am the one who is doing all the work.
