SHOULD I DUMP THIS GUY?

ok so i know this guy for 3 months. we were talking on msn almost everyday till we decided to go on a date. As we live in diferent cities, I decided to take the trein to meet him. When i got there he came 10 min late and complaining of having a big hangover which enabled him to stay longer with me. So we spent like 20 min together than I decided to go back home because he was feelinh sick. He nice and appologising all the time, saying next time he would come to me, etc. The thing is that this happened last saturday and I have hear from him yet. He is online now, and I know he is waiting for me to go online too. But that is not how I want it to be, I think I deserve he calls me on the phone and try to talk to me, intead of waiting for me on msn. Which I think if I do that than it will seems that i am after him.
