Do you think i have a shot with this girl?

I think shes my soulmate..she always puts off hanging with me though because shes scared of me. She acts really cute over msn and text though.. We have been friends for about 3 months. I have been known to her to be quite emotional at times and quite creepy... How can i reverse this around?
