I need a computer that will stay fast loading so I can MSN video chat with my friend across the world.?

What computer is very fast loading that will allow me to video chat without it freezing or crashing. I also get on Facebook a lot and it made my netbook so slow that I cannot use it anymore so I need a new home computer that will stay fast. Any suggestions? I don't want a netbook or laptop I just want home computers.
