Doesnt there feel like a lack of respect between adults and children now?

There is two reasons one children don't get the attention so they become annoying and disrespectful two is adults are less respectable what I mean by this is that there are people who are 30 and are whirring there hat backward and drinking like crazy and being irresponsible and if u see this as a child u have less respect for them children should fear adults not like a scared fear but a respectful fear like with god
